Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sales Top collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our website, client workspace, connected services, contact forms, email, and GTM strategy conversations.

v1.1.0

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, company, role, email address, phone number, website, market focus, revenue or pipeline context, GTM priorities, and any details you include in messages or attachments.

We may also collect basic technical information about how the website is accessed, such as device type, browser, referring page, approximate region, pages viewed, and similar usage data used to keep the site reliable and improve the experience.

  • Contact and company details
  • GTM strategy, pipeline, or market-entry context you submit
  • Messages, meeting notes, and project intake details
  • Basic site usage, analytics, and security data

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether Sales Top can support a GTM scope, prepare follow-up conversations, coordinate strategy work, improve the website, protect our systems, and maintain appropriate business records.

We do not sell personal information through this website. If we use service providers or advisors, we share only the information reasonably needed for them to support the relevant website, communication, or business purpose.

Google and YouTube account data

When you choose to connect a YouTube channel, Sales Top initially requests read-only access so the authenticated workspace can identify your channel and display its videos, titles, descriptions, visibility, thumbnails, comments, and aggregate engagement counts. Sales Top requests YouTube upload access only after an authorized publisher selects Enable video uploads. Upload access is used only to send a video the publisher has selected together with its reviewed title, description, visibility, and audience setting.

Sales Top stores Google OAuth access and refresh credentials in encrypted server-side storage and never exposes them to browser code or other workspace users. We use YouTube data only to provide and protect the connected-channel features the user requested. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, build advertising profiles from it, or transfer it to unrelated third parties.

Sales Top's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Human access to Google user data is prohibited except with the user's affirmative agreement for support, when required for security or abuse investigation, when required by law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

You can disconnect a YouTube channel from Social media > Connected accounts at any time. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored OAuth credentials and stops synchronization and uploads. Connection-derived records are scheduled for deletion after the configured 30-day recovery period, unless a shorter deletion is requested or retention is legally required. You can also revoke Sales Top access from your Google Account permissions page.

  • youtube.readonly: identify the authorized channel and show its owned videos, metadata, comments, and aggregate counts
  • youtube.upload: upload only a publisher-selected video with explicit title, description, visibility, audience, and policy confirmation
  • Progressive authorization: upload access is not requested during the initial read-only connection
  • User control: disconnect in Sales Top or revoke access in Google Account settings

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with providers that help us operate the website, host content, manage communications, schedule meetings, analyze site performance, support business operations, or provide professional services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security, performance, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some technologies may affect site functionality.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, managing business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or operational requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and contact

You may contact us to ask about information you provided, request a correction, ask us to delete or limit certain information where feasible, or opt out of non-essential business communications.

We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information where required or permitted for legitimate business, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date on this page. Material changes should be reviewed carefully before continuing to use the website or submitting new information.
